Okay....let's try this again.... diet!
Jogged 3 miles on the treadmill, did 150 sit-ups and 75 push-ups.... those weren't all at the same time...3 rounds of jog 1 mile, 50 sit-ups, 25 push-ups....just barely....and I mean barely got through those stupid push-ups!!!
Eating so far today....good.... salad...with chicken!
I may bore you with the details but this blog is really for me anyway...so O'well!!! :)
