Weekend

It's been a busy weekend with Halloween. I love Halloween!! It's always so much fun to get the kids dressed up and take them trick or treating. Although, we usually just take them trick or treating uptown for the merchants trick or treat and then we stay home at night and hand out candy. This was a strange Halloween. It was so hot out that I thought that I might die... and Raegan kept complaining that her head was hot under her wig. I'm sure it was... like I said... it was HOT! And of course Brock refused to wear his mask.... I knew that would happen. At least I got a picture before I spent the rest of the time carrying his mask around.
Saturday we headed to the Prevett Family home to help celebrate baby Greyson's 1st birthday. Baby Greyson is their 5th child..... the oldest being 6 years old!!!! Yea.... I can't imagine it either. But Micki and Gerald seem to handle it pretty well!!!!!!
Sunday it was so nice outside we decided to take the boat out for little ride. It was really nice out even out on the river.... even going fast. We made the kids get all bundled up and frankly... they were probably a little warm. But is was a nice ride anyway!



This is a picture of Raegan and I making popcorn hands for Brock's class. He got to have a Fall Party..... no mention of Halloween of course!!! Raegan wasn't so lucky.... no party for her. But she did get to go to the 2nd Grade classroom where they got to watch a movie and have snacks and talk about the indians. I think she enjoyed that just as much as a party!

By the way.... thanks to Aunt Terri for the gloves!!!!!

Mrs. Trone spinning Brock around so he could try and pin the eye on the pumpkin!!! He did pretty good!!!!




Then they got to clean out pumpkins.... you know they all had fun doing that!!! Anything messy makes a 4 year old happy!




Trick or Treating!!!! Brock as Darth Vader... Clinton as the Grim Reaper... and Raegan as Hannah Montana!!!!!





Okay...this was Saturday before heading to the party..... seriously.... what crazy person lets their 4 year old cut their hair..... O'yea.... the husband would!!!!!! O'well.... I guess when you don't really have hair to begin with it doesn't really matter does it!!!!

Of course you can't go for a ride on the river without seeing these. We had just started to wonder if they jump as much when the water starts to get cold when all of a sudden they started going crazy! One really big one hit the side of our boat.






We also saw tons of turtles... Brock was in heaven but sad that we couldn't get too close to them. He was probably hoping to get close enough to get his hands on one!




The boat does wonders for the hair!!!!



Bo got to go with us this time! He loved it! Especially when the fish started jumping!
