Computer Lab

So once you become a stay at home mom that automatically qualifies you for any and all volunteer jobs. They prey on you and just wait for you to give your notice at work.... and then the phone starts a ringin!!!!! But really, it's not all bad... I actually quite enjoy some of it. In fact, most of the things that I do are at Raegan and Brock's school and those things I volunteer for myself. It's nice to be involved at the school and see them with the other kids.
Anyway, Wednesdays are computer lab days for Brock's Preschool class (3 yr.olds). Now one might call me crazy for volunteering myself to be locked in a room with a bunch of 3 year olds with computer equipment....Well they would be exactly RIGHT!!!!! I'll tell you.... just like they say that 40 is the new 30....well 3 is sometimes the new "terrible 2's". Some of those kids are nuts.....my son being one of them. His teacher should get some sort of medal of honor for handling those kids the way that she does. I certainly couldn't do it... not for any amount of money in the world.
But seriously, it is a lot of fun... most of the time. Today they were all really good. And most of those kids know as much or more about that computer than most adults. It's really amazing how well they get along on those things. There is a little girl Rachel that for sure knows as much or more than I think my own husband knows about computers!!! And then there is little Sage.... the cutiest little girl ever... who says to me today.... "you know what? I love you!". Seriously, how can you NOT love that!!!!
